Rosemary Hua is the Executive Director of Empathy FX International, and also holds positions as the Global Head of Retail & CPG Strategy at Snowflake, Inc, and board member of two additional 501c3 non-profit organizations: 1) The Revolution Robotics Foundation and 2) The University Catholic Conferences of California.

Rosemary has traveled to Ghana for Empathy FX International projects nine times since 2009, and oversaw the construction and management of five schools with over one thousand students across the Central Region of Ghana.

Under Rosemary’s leadership, Empathy FX International was awarded by the Executive Branch of President Barack Obama for Exceptional Service Abroad. In 2021, Rosemary was awarded by Forbes’ Magazine as part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 for her leadership. Rosemary received two degrees in Business Administration & Political Science from UC Berkeley.

Nana Aggrey Fynn leads the local Empathy FX team in Ghana, in a full-time capacity. Nana initially began his non-profit career in 2004 for Global Routes USA, a 501c3 non-profit organization as the Overall Country Coordinator for Ghana.

Under Nana’s leadership in Ghana, Empathy FX International was recognized as the premiere non-profit organization in Ghana's Central Region by the Paramount House of Chiefs consecutively from the years 2016 - 2019.

Charles Atta Fynn is the In-Country Travel Program Manager of Empathy FX International in a full-time capacity. Charles was born and raised in the village where we built the 2012 Empathy FX school. Charles oversees the construction of our program’s buildings.
